Based on a joint tender with Dr. Krieger Architects and Engineers, we are modernising the indoor pools and making them more attractive while at the same time refurbishing the technical systems of the outdoor pool

After disposing of a large volume of hazardous substances, the first step was demolition and removal and to schedule the provisional reconstruction for the outdoor season 2008. At the same time, the plans for the actual modernisation and renovation are being designed and all the subsections which are to begin work in June 2008 are put out to tender.

For this project, it is particularly important to incorporate existing pools and structures into the new buildings as well as to take care to recycle and use existing technical installations as part of the new ones. The whole undertaking has to be planned in such a way that the daily operation of the pool is not obstructed and future extensions of the complex are already provided for.
