For the new leisure pool in Ahaus, Westfalen, we designed the technical equipment for all water, air and electrical systems, including an integrated building automation system, and then supervised implementing the plans.

Besides the new construction of the pool, a crucial part of the project was the integration of existing facilities, structures and pools as well as recycling and integrating existing technical components. From a financial point of view, it made particular sense to use and modernise the existing filter systems. Heat for the pools is generated by 1,700 sqm of existing solar matting.

Based on detailed economic considerations, systems for proprietary water usage and backwash water recycling were implemented into the reservoir.
