To ensure the necessary air and hygiene conditions, centralised as well as decentralised ventilation systems with a nominal airflow of circa 20,000 m³/h are either being newly installed or integrated into the existing installation.
Furthermore, extensive fire prevention measures are to be taken, part of which belong to local fire protection systems, sprinkler systems and also comprehensive fire alarm systems.

Interdisciplinary technological planning ensures an appropriate basic supply and a record of actual consumption and thus makes individual leases possible.
