Besides designing and implementing technical installations in service buildings, banks and office buildings, there are also interesting assignments for us that benefit children.

For example, we supported the Neuss Office for Technical Facility Management with converting an existing primary school into an open school. Planning and execution were carried out in several stages and included dismantling and renewing all parts of the building while at the same time keeping the school operational in all ways. In close co-ordination with the architects, the technical systems were adapted to meet the requirements and demands of a modern, up-to-date institution.

Aside from modernising the school and making it more attractive, optimising the operating costs of all media and ensuring high hygienic standards in all areas was a crucial aspect of this project.
