The state capital Düsseldorf has also been investing into converting and building new open schools in all parts of the city for several years now. We are currently supporting all stages of two new projects, the conversion of the Kamper Weg school and the construction of a new open school on Heerdter Landstraße.

Always a very interesting element, apart from the obvious planning and supervision tasks, is the integration of technical equipment in accordance with the users’ wishes and requirements, as well as co-operating with the authorities and co-ordinating schedules and dates of the procedures, part of which have to be carried out during the school’s daily business. In the course of the project, several additional buildings or parts of buildings also need to be planned, the caretaker’s flat or the gymnasium for example. Besides modernising the school and making it more attractive, optimising the operating costs of all media and ensuring high hygienic standards in all areas was a crucial aspect here as well.
