Often the basis for a new building project or for modernising an existing building is an invitation to tender. It is not only the architectural factor with its visual and artistic element which is important but, more and more, innovative ideas for technical solutions are becoming crucial. This is due to political, energy-related and ecological aspects; like in many areas of day-to-day life, a process of rethinking is taking place with the decision-making people.

It has always been an exciting challenge for us to develop and present appropriate technological concepts very early in the bidding process, working together with architects, statisticians and building physicists. One very important aspect in this is the sustainability of the recommended technical solutions, something we ensure by further training and by consistently inspecting the installations already implemented.
